I think he is better than Herm???? I think he pretty much better than anyone out there right now other than Jason Garrett. The big name coaches say they are not coming out this year. So either Pioli sticks with Herm one more year, then grabs one of the big name coaches next year or makes a move now. Maybe Gruden just needs a new address...new start.
