Reports are coming out that Donte' Stallworth was driving drunk and that is what caused him to hit pedestrian Mario Reyes and kill him. There are not many parties commenting right now but it has been leaked by two different sources that his levels were between .08 and .16. Legal level is .08. So far no files have been charged against him.
If charged it would be a DUI manslaughter charge and carry a maximum 15 year prison sentence.
